  • We manufacture standard & Customized Twin Screw and Barrels, starting from 52 mm to 90 mm Dia. Our Screw-barrels are manufactured according to present market needs like processing of high dosage of filler, processing of ISI grade application and processing of lower dosage of filler. We follow all standard manufacturing procedure and adhere all standard norms of manufacturing.

TUNGSTEN CARBIDE COATING :

  • Coating of Tungsten Carbide will enhance the life of Screw against wear and tear over Nitrided screws.
  • Wear & tear are in terms of abrasion and corrosion resistance under high temperature and pressure.
  • In case of processing high amount of fillers, loading in PVC Pipe or Profile, we are processing coating on the surface of screw of having deepness of around 0.47 to 0.5 mm.
  • Tungsten coating will increase life span of the screw and also more helpful to achieve longer life in commercial PVC Pipe & Profile.

HSS SLEEVE FITTED BARREL :

  • HSS Sleeve provides extra life to Barrel against wear & tear over Nitrided Barrel.
  • Thickness of such sleeve is from 5 – 6 mm and throughout hardness of the sleeve is from 62 – 64 HRC.
  • HSS Sleeve fitted Barrel are mainly used when hard material processed by Plastifying system.

  • Vacuum sizing tanks are used to provide stable and constant value of vacuum for the precise sizing of tube and profile extrusions. Being composed of stainless steel, they provide a high corrosion resistance. These tanks are used in a closed water circuit through an efficient heat exchanger that minimizes the water consumption.
  • The performance of an extrusion line gains definite advantages from the suitable design and correct use of tanks and calibrators.
  • Our tanks are reliable tools for an accurate and quality production. Skill and knowledge for sleeves design solutions ensure round pipes with excellent surface and lower overweight.
  • Dual or single vacuum chamber sizing tanks for pipes with a diameter range of between 10 to 500 mm, in single or dual strand.
  • The tanks are made of stainless steel and are fixed to a steel base, equipped with independent automatic or manual devices for longitudinal and transversal position adjustment on the extrusion line.
  • The machines are equipped with a water system with thermostatic and valve controls to reduce the amount of water in circulation and keep the cooling temperature constant.

  • Cooling tanks for a range of pipes of 10 mm to 630 mm in diameter and 6 to 9 meters in length. Water collection tank and spray sprinklers support pipes both made of stainless steel. A pump transports the circulating water to the spray sprinklers, assembled on stainless steel bars, with an adjustable spray angle.
  • Spray water is recycled and cleaned through a separation filter, thus preventing clogging of the sprinklers.
  • The inspection hatches, made of stainless steel, are located on the operator side.
  • Stainless steel cooling tanks for PE and PP corrugated pipes ranging between 10 and 630 mm diameter. Tanks designed to provide constant pipe cooling and to avoid any deformation during extrusion.
  • The cooling capacity of the closed circuit water system allows a higher extrusion speed to be used and provides greater control over the tolerances of the diameters. A ventilation system cleans and dries the pipe as it exits the cooling chamber.
